Green or red this sweet pepper is sure to become a favorite. Thin walled and full of flavor this 7-10 inch long and 3 inch wide pepper starts out green and matures to a deep red. It's tasty in the green stage and super sweet in the red stage. This pepper is delicious raw, fried, grilled or stuffed. Because of the pepper's length it's a good idea to cage the plant, tips may rot if they touch the ground.
